About Us - Heidi Hockenberry

Heidi Hockenberry is the Project Manager at Excelsior Marketing. She maintains the traffic flow of all projects and production schedules. She is also the primary contact for interaction and negotiation of all media vendors for all client projects and marketing plans.

She keeps television, radio and print media running on schedule for Excelsior's clients and provides key management and support for a wide variety of client services.

Heidi is the in-house client liaison for client communications to help build excellent client relationships.

Heidi has a B.S. in Business Administration that, combined with 18 years of experience, makes her a valuable asset to Excelsior and resource for our clients. She is an accomplished multi-tasker, coordinating, planning and executing sales directives, marketing strategies, and client initiatives. Her knowledge and experience in areas of customer satisfaction and customer relationship management, combined with exceptional attention to detail and organization, are always in use and reliable in the fast-paced world of marketing.

When asked what she does for leisure, you'll find that her leisure time is just as action-packed as her work time. Between biking with her husband, doing home improvement projects, and spending time with family activities, she is a whirl of energy that never seems to slow down.
